Welcome to House of Moen ("HOM," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website at houseofmoen.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial browsing and purchasing of artwork. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

2. Products & Pricing All artwork, prints, and framed pieces are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment information you provide is accurate. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including but not limited to artwork, images, text, logos, designs, and photography — is the property of House of Moen and its artists and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing artwork from House of Moen grants you the right to display the physical piece for personal enjoyment. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display publicly for commercial purposes, or create derivative works from any artwork or content without prior written consent from House of Moen.

5. Limited Edition Prints Limited edition prints are produced in a stated edition size and are individually numbered. Once an edition is sold out, that image will not be reprinted in the same format or size. Edition sizes and availability are stated on the product listing and are subject to change at our discretion prior to purchase.

6. User Conduct You agree not to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site; use any automated means to access the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; or use the Site in any manner that could interfere with other users' experience.

7. Third-Party Links The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Moen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of any products, regardless of the cause of action.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Moen, its owners, artists, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
