All artwork is handcrafted, professionally packaged, and shipped with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–14 business days. Custom orders, including pieces with specific frame color selections or non-standard sizing, may require additional production time. We will notify you of any extended timelines at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods All artwork is shipped via insured carriers with tracking. Due to the size and nature of our pieces, shipments may be delivered via freight for larger works. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the artwork and your delivery location. Oversized works may incur additional handling and freight charges.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, typically 5–10 business days after shipment.

International Shipping International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@houseofmoen.com for international inquiries, including customs and duties information.

Delivery & Inspection Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, note it with the carrier before signing. If you discover damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
